These Terms of Service ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between the 777xda platform ("Platform", "we") and any person ("User", "Player", "you") who uses that platform.

By opening an account at 777xda or using any of our services for the first time, you are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not use the platform.

We may update these Terms at any time. Where there are significant changes, an announcement will be posted on the platform, and continued use will be taken as acceptance of the updated Terms.

Age Requirement

777xda is available only to individuals aged 21 and above. Anyone under 21 is strictly prohibited from registering or playing. If a false age registration is detected, the account will be immediately closed and withdrawals from that account will not be processed.

Location Responsibility

Laws relating to online casino gaming vary depending on where you live. It is your own responsibility to check and comply with the laws and regulations of your country or region. We are not liable for any legal issues arising from violations of local law.

One Account Only

Each user is allowed to open only one account. Opening duplicate accounts with the same personal details may result in loss of original funds and bonuses, and the accounts may be closed.

Accurate Information

The details provided at registration — name, date of birth, contact information — must be accurate and complete. Withdrawals from accounts registered with incorrect information may be restricted.

Password Security

Never share your login password with anyone. You are solely responsible for all gameplay, deposits and withdrawals made on your account. If you notice any unauthorised access, contact our support team immediately.

Account Verification

Before a withdrawal, we may ask you to verify your identity by providing a copy of your national ID card or proof of payment. Withdrawals will only be processed once this verification is complete.

Deposits

777xda accepts deposits via KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay and Bank Transfer. The minimum amount per deposit is 10,000 Ks.

Your deposit method must match your withdrawal method, and you may only deposit using your own payment details. Third-party payment methods are strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 20,000 Ks. Withdrawals are normally processed within 30 minutes to 3 hours. Processing time may vary depending on the payment method and verification time.

If you deposit and withdraw without placing any bets, we may treat this as money laundering and reserve the right to restrict your withdrawal.

Anti-Money Laundering Policy

If we suspect any activity linked to money laundering, we may place your payment on hold and carry out further checks. Withdrawals may be restricted during this review period.

Welcome Bonus

On your first deposit, you can receive a 100% welcome bonus of up to 500,000 Ks. No special code is required — the bonus matching your deposit amount is added to your account instantly.

Example 1 — If you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a 20,000 Ks bonus, giving you a balance of 40,000 Ks. You must wager the bonus amount 20,000 Ks × 25 = 500,000 Ks before the bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

Example 2 — If you deposit 1,020,000 Ks, you receive the maximum bonus of 500,000 Ks, giving you a balance of 1,520,000 Ks. You must wager the bonus amount 500,000 Ks × 25 = 12,500,000 Ks before the bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

Wagering Requirement

To withdraw bonus winnings, you must wager the bonus amount × 25 times. Your deposit amount is not counted — only the bonus amount needs to be wagered 25 times. Bonus winnings can only be withdrawn once this requirement is met.

Bonus Expiry

If the wagering requirement is not completed within 30 days of the bonus being issued, the bonus amount will be forfeited and any winnings from the bonus will no longer be available.

Bonus Abuse

If we detect bonus abuse — for example, always betting on one side with the same strategy, or teaming up with another player during the bonus period — we reserve the right to cancel the bonus and reclaim any associated winnings.

777xda has four VIP levels — Bronze, Silver, Gold and Platinum. Progression from one level to the next is based on a player's betting history and wagering volume. Exact turnover thresholds for level-ups are not published; levels are determined by reviewing betting behaviour and activity history.

• Bronze — Weekly cashback up to 0.4%
• Silver — Weekly cashback up to 0.8%
• Gold — Weekly cashback up to 1.1%
• Platinum — Weekly cashback up to 1.5%

Cashback is awarded as bonus funds and is subject to the wagering requirement described in the Bonus section (Section 5).

We may modify, suspend or terminate the VIP programme at any time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you in advance of any changes, but this does not constitute a legal commitment.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 777xda —

• Registering with false information or deliberately avoiding verification
• Using multiple accounts to claim bonuses, or collaborating with other players to cycle funds
• Using bots or automated playing software
• Intentionally exploiting software bugs on the platform
• Depositing using a third party's funds
• Using the platform for any illegal purposes
• Harassing or threatening staff or other players

If any of these prohibitions are violated, we may close the account without warning and forfeit any related funds.

All logos, designs, translations, game interfaces, and gameplay-related content on the 777xda platform are the intellectual property of us or the companies we operate with.

Copying, distributing, or using any content from this platform without our prior written permission is strictly prohibited.

This platform is provided "as is" and while we strive to keep the service running without interruption, brief outages may occur due to technical issues, server maintenance, or unforeseen circumstances.

We are not liable for any betting losses, financial losses, or missed opportunities resulting from such outages.

Game results are determined by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology and are not interfered with by us. We are not responsible for any losses resulting from random outcomes.

How we collect, store, and use your personal data is fully described in our Privacy Policy. By accepting these terms, you are also considered to have accepted the Privacy Policy.

We use SSL encryption and secure payment methods to protect your personal data, but we cannot guarantee that any data transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

Closure by Player

You may contact our customer support team at any time to request account closure. Any remaining balance will be verified and paid out before closure. Bonus funds that have not met the Wagering Requirement cannot be withdrawn.

Closure by Us

If the prohibitions outlined in Section 8 are violated, if there is no cooperation with investigations, or if actions conflict with our operational duties and legal obligations, we may close the account without prior notice.

We may amend these terms at any time. For significant changes, an announcement will be posted on the platform, and continued use after the announcement constitutes acceptance of the amendments.
